DeleteHUGS. I don't remember if I read this or heard someone say it on TV..she said the greatest gift she gives to her kids ..teeny to teens..is to give hugs and not let go till they do. I thought that was nice. I now practice that myself.

DeleteHugs are great although I'm quite a reserved person who can only accept it from close friends and family. I read it somewhere that everyone needs at least 9 hugs a day!
